At sportsbras.ca, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as effortless as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges:

Shipping

• We cover the shipping cost to get your order to you—because you deserve the best support, hassle-free!
• Your order will be shipped via UPS (other carrier maybe used).

Exchanges

Need to exchange your bra? No problems, we’ll even cover the cost of shipping your new bra for the first exchange! But, you are responsible for shipping the original bra back to us.

REFUND

Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your refund promptly and notify you when it’s complete.

Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

Fill out the Return & Exchange Form (available below) to initiate your request.

To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps:

Condition of Items:

• Items must be in original packaging, with tags intact, and in unused, perfect condition.
• DO NOT SEND BACK used bras Even if you washed them! Bras that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged, and we won’t return them to you.

HOW TO SEND IT BACK:

• Pack the bra(s) with your receipt.
• Send back using carrier of your choice

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly and notify you when it’s complete.
